Troupe Status and Troupe INFO:
Insure that your STATUS listed above is AFF. If it is, you are correctly affiliated and will receive all registration materials. If your STATUS is listed as NON, you need to call the International Office at 513-421-3900 and see what needs to be done to get your troupe affiliated once more. Please make sure EDTA has the correct sponsors name and E-MAIL ADDRESS updated by Aug 1st 2012.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids: Our Goal this year is $3500.00 We met that goal $3651.95

State Registration Cost: $30.00 per student: NO FOOD PLAN
        a.   Troupe Registration FEE=$25 (a set of tech plays will be provided(non-musicals) to each troupe)
        b.     Chaperone FEE: $30.00
        c.     T-shirts come with the registration fee.   Shirts will be at the festival for $12.00 while supplies last for confernce/day pass holders.
        d.      There are many fast food places within a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk from Melbourne High School.
        e.     Day Passes are for guests who are not registrered as offical chaperones
                *   Conference pass: $30.00
        f.    Any Junior High student participating or observings at the festival must be registered

Number of Events per troupe: 10 Performance Categories and 5 Technical Categories: You are allowed to bring upto 5 Excellent rating from your district festival to State festival.
